New Clubhouse - Dinner Dance & Auction 14 November 2026

With over 2,500 members, representing more than 1 in 6 Marlow residents, Marlow Sports Club (MSC) is at the heart of our community. Situated in the center of the town, with sports pitches and courts for Cricket, Hockey, Tennis and providing a home to the clubs of Marlow Riders and Striders, it’s where friendships are made, children grow in confidence and our town and clubs comes together.

We need to bring the clubhouse up to the standard required for such membership across multiple sports and create space for community events This year we are launching a corporate partnership and donation opportunity to help fund this future vision and to raise £2m to complete the renovations. The upgrade and renovation (over 2 stages) will:

• Add full disability access and appropriate facilities across the building

• Improve changing facilities (especially for women) across all sports

• Create a new Community Room for local groups

• Significantly cut ongoing energy costs

• Provide extended and improved viewing areas for spectators and families

A major fund-raising event will be a Dinner Dance & Auction on 14 November 2026. Tickets

for the event will be available soon. As well as attendance on the night, we have identified three main ways that we hope will enable all to support this event and our fund raising activities.

• Silent auction donation - any item, experience or voucher welcome

• Live auction donation - something exciting and memorable for our headline lot

• Sponsorship - your logo on the auction website /and or on tables at the event, putting

  your business in front of our 2500 member families, and across the town in our publishing and promotion campaigns
